Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Matt Peterson, I am 15 years old. I live with my parents Doug and Trianna Peterson and younger brother Mason, in Wilton, California. Mason is 7 and also races. My parents have supported me throughout my racing career. You will rarely see me race where my whole family and close friends are not in attendance. I started racing Quarter Midgets at the age of 5. I am an established Champion and am a favorite among the other kids and parents. At the age of 13 I was able to move up to 600cc Micro Sprint to further my racing career. My parents purchased a Micro Sprint car for me to race at the end of my 2006 race season. At which time I took the #37 and went out and proved myself as a talented young dirt track racer winning the Turkey Night Championship in Dixon, California. It was my 3rd race out. My 2007 Race Season continued to be a great year as well, I continued to improve my racing skills with many wins throughout the year. I achieved 18 heat race wins 9 main event wins and finished 3rd at the Delta Speedway Turkey Night Championship. I am very excited for my 2008 Race Season, it should be my best race season yet. I will be running in the Multi class this year with a lot of very good and experienced drivers to compete against. It should be a very exciting Race Season for the entire 3773 Racing Team and myself.
