Kalamazoo, Michigan
All incoming freshmen at Western Michigan University go around downtown Kalamazoo and take pictures of various stores/architecture. The purpose is to have incoming freshmen become more familiar with downtown Kalamazoo and encourage them to get off campus and explore downtown Kalamazoo. Power Trip gave samples to the incoming freshmen and was a huge success! We signed up 12 potential college reps. They were all directed to where they can buy the Power Trip on campus.

Golds Gym held their Moonlight 5k run. Power Trip was part of the after party where we sold our product. Caitlin Johnson, one of the Power Trip girls, ran in the event representing Power Trip in her official shirt.
Taste of Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, MI
August 2009, Mac in Kalamazoo, MI takes Power Trip back to sales basics 101 with the t-shirt giveaway program
On July 23 - 25, 2009, Power Trip participated in the Taste of Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, MI. (www.tasteofkalamazoo.com) . There were over 30 local restaurants and roughly 25,000 to 30,000 people in attendance. A great time was had by all including our wonderful sampling "Girl Stuff" girls, people enjoying free samples as well as purchasing cans of product and the new shots.
Sat night at Genesee Speedway was Power Trip night!
In attendance were about 2,000 people to watch the races and see our Power Trip girls in action. We sampled and people that purchased a can at concession got a t-shirt, beach ball, or Frisbee. We handed out and placed many tattoos on the people and all had a good night.

Zo's Summer Groove Golf Tournament
Alonzo Mourning's annual charity event has a slightly updated name this year, to reflect Dwyane Wade's addition as a full-on co-host. The Summer Groove hosted by Alonzo Mourning and Dwyane Wade, taking place July 8-12, will once again feature all the staples that have made it one of South Florida's signature summer happenings.
In addition to the benefit golf tournament and charity banquet, there will be the usual concert and comedy show, the all-day block party and, of course, the star-studded celebrity basketball game.

Freeport Fair, June 6-7, 2009 Once again Power Trip participated last Saturday and Sunday in Long Island, NY’s Freeport Fair which is a major street fair with well over 100,000 people attendance.
Sampling Trip to the Indianapolis 500
Mac Ward of Power Trip Beverages, MI, recently attended and conducted a sampling at the Indianapolis 500 the last week of May 2009. People were there from all over the world and Mac talked to folks from Alaska, Florida, Illinois, New York, Philadelphia and many other locations around the world. To the person they all loved Power Trip and especially the new Mango and Coconut flavors as well as the new Shots. City of God Rock the City Tour
Breakthrough band and Power Trip sponsored City of God recently set out on a 4 city tour of the great state of Texas. City of God was joined by Texas’ own Your Greatest Mistake, Turncoat and Fareview. Tour stops included the White Rabbit in San Antonio, Fitzgerald’s in Houston, Six Flags in Arlington and Club Dada in Dallas. City of God captivated audiences with their high energy show and big sound. Power Trip products and promotional materials were a big hit with the crowds as well as members of the other bands. Next stops for City of God and Power Trip…the Northeast.”

Rev-A-Thon Sampling
Power Trip re enters the Trinidad market in a big way with the sponsorship of Rev-A-Thon.
Power Trip featured on Fox Television
Power Trip will be featured in a new Fox Television series called GLEE which will begin airing the first week of May 2009, right around the corner. GLEE is an hour-long comedy from Ryan Murphy the creator of the successful series Nip/Tuck and has been picked up by the network for a full two seasons.
Set in a world of high school glee clubs, GLEE features Broadway stars Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison, both award winners for their stage performances. Morrison serves as a thirty-something Spanish teacher at an Ohio high school who has the daunting task of taking over the school glee club which has a reputation as a haven for troubled students. Michele plays the role of the club’s self-obsessed lead singer.
Reid & Fiorentino Golf Classic
Hosted by HEAT Broadcasters Eric Reid and Tony Fiorentino, the Reid & Fiorentino Golf Classic included an afternoon “Fore the Kids” golf tournament and a VIP dinner that featured an awards program, live entertainment, and a major live and silent auction.
Power Trip and City of God at Cinema Paridiso
City of God put on high energy performance at Auter Explosion IV on March 27th. They had the crowd out of their seats and kicked the event up a notch from the more acoustic and folk bands that performed also. After their performance they distributed and Power Trip Beverages to fans and other attendees.
Auteur Explosion IV, held Friday, March 27 from 9:00 pm ‘till 2:00 am at Cinema Paradiso, 503 SE 6 Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Talent ranges from the gamut of art's genres including: filmmakers, singers, songwriters, artists, music producers & engineers, poets, martial artists, world renowned DJs, B-Boys, fire-spinners, belly dancers, comedians, clothing lines, power jewelry, and more.The monthly event is growing in popularity. Not only does Auteur Explosion create an outlet for the local artists but the community is really enjoying the experience of viewing their art, film and listening to the local bands.Over 200 people attended.
Midwest Petroleum and Convenience Tradeshow
On March 24-26, 2009, members of Power Trip staff, lead my regional manager Mac Ward, participated along with our Midwest distributor at the Midwest Petroleum and Convenience Tradeshow. In attendance were buyers and suppliers from Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

Another overseas tour for the Jill’s but this time it’s Iraq
The NFL Buffalo Jills Cheerleaders visited our American troops in Iraq for a 10-day Valentines tour. The tour included numerous meet & greets as well as at least eight, 1-hour variety shows. Power Trip Beverages graciously donated t-shirts for the cheerleaders to give to the troops as prizes for some of their on-stage games. The troops truly appreciated the support & loved the shirts!” Stephanie Mateczun, Jills Director.
Jill’s Comedy Event 1/16/09 at Club Paradise in Blasdell, NY. There were three comedians, and Power Trip gave Powertrip Prize packs that included: t-shirts, knit caps, cooler bag with product, bottle openers, 2 two oz shots, Power Trip stickers, and 4 pack coupons. Not bad prizes. The girls love the products as well as their guests..
